John is a Technical Success Manager at WP Engine facilitating the success of its largest enterprise customers. He worked more than two years on its support team in a variety of capacities helping customers with a wide-range of issues. John also spent the better part of four years living in South Korea and China, where he worked as a technical editor, writer, teacher and web developer before coming back to the U.S.
