Call for Sponsors

WordCamp US 2016 hosted in Philadelphia, PA December 2-4 is the premier North American WordCamp – it includes two days of programmed sessions on Friday and Saturday as well a full day contributor event on Sunday.

The 2015 event was wildly successful. Hosting 2,000 attendees in Pennsylvania Convention Center and reaching a global live stream audience inspired bigger thinking for 2016. With an expected 3,000 attendees plus a live stream available to anyone in the world –free of charge– we’ll be bringing WordPress education, inspiration, and fun to more people than ever. And that means a bigger reach for our sponsors too!

All of our valued sponsors help to support the free and open source WordPress project by donating to WordCamp US and without our sponsors this event simply would not be possible. Thank you both to our sponsors and all of those who sponsor WordCamps around the world!

Please take a look at our Sponsorship Brochure.

If you’d like to sponsor, fill out the form on the Sponsorship Application page.

Submitting the application will begin the process of formally engaging with you as a sponsor. If you’re still considering whether sponsoring WordCamp US 2016 is right for your organization, we invite you to drop Kevin Cristiano or Alx Block an email to us@wordcamp.org.

These micro-sponsorships are intended for freelancers, tiny companies, or WordPress fans who wish to give a little more than the cost of general admission.

For those of you coming to us from outside of the Philly area let me define jawn: (plural jawns) (slang, chiefly Philadelphia) Something; any object, place or thing. Check out this jawn. This ticket is intended for WordPress professionals or people who recognize that WordCamp US is as valuable as more traditionally-priced industry conferences and want to help support the event. If jawn is everything then it represents our micro-sponsor level well. You get everything you would from a General Admission ticket plus a sense of satisfaction in knowing that you’re giving extra financial support. Plus you’ll be listed by name in the micro-sponsors thank you section on the Sponsors page!

You can purchase a Jawn sponsorship on the Tickets page when registration opens.

When we reach our fundraising goal, we will close sponsorships, so don’t delay if you want to help make WordCamp US and unforgettable event!

If you’d like to sponsor, fill out the form on the Sponsorship Application page.

Thank you for your support!
